We start slow walk, run, walk, run, and chat, chat, chat and in just a few weeks you hit your first milestone one mile! From there you are on your way to completing your first 5K race. YOU CAN DO THIS.

We meet Sunday Mornings at Nomaheagan Park in Cranford, NJ. From April through December we run in all weather except snow and ice.
